This notice covers the contact form on this site. Dean Mather is the data controller — you can reach me at deanmather02@gmail.com.

What's collected

Name, email address, phone number (optional) and whatever you write in the message field.

How it's used

Solely to read and reply to your enquiry. Submitting the form opens your own email client with the message pre-filled — it's sent directly from you to my personal inbox. Nothing is transmitted to or stored on any server or database run by this website; there is no backend, and no third party ever sees the contents of the form.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before sending.

Retention

Enquiries are kept in my personal email inbox for as long as reasonably needed to deal with them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete any information you've sent me, or withdraw consent, at any time — just email deanmather02@gmail.com.

Everything else on this site

The only other data this site stores is a single browser preference (whether you last viewed a case study as "Overview" or "Case study") saved via localStorage on your own device. It contains no personal information, is never sent anywhere, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser's site data.
